Comments
Discussed ways operation keeps ice in bins protected from contamination. Ice bins are cleaned and sanitized nightly, and upstairs ice bins are protected from backflow contamination by means of air gapped drain lines.
In regards to maintaining the facility clean, work at reducing or blocking areas behind bars and under sinks where debris tends to accumulate. Ensure debris is cleared nightly.
