[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Repeat Observed cold holding refrigeration/freezer, range/stove and other noncommercial small appliances that were not approved by a recognized testing agency present in the kitchen at the time of inspection.

3717-1-04.4(P) / Warewashing equipment - determining chemical sanitizer concentration.
Sanitizer test kit or other device not being used. Mechanical warewashing machine shall be monitored to ensure utensils and equipment are being properly sanitized.

3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Observed an accumulation of food residue and other debris on the cereal containers in the back classroom where the cold holding equipment for student lunches are. Ensure product is emptied and warewashed before more product is put in the containers.
