No violations documented at the time of inspection. The facility was not in operation. Refrigeration units shall either have a a built in thermometer or one needs to be placed in the warmest part of the equipment. Facility including windows shall be able to lock properly to ensure appropriate food defense. Operation is required to ware washing at another location. Facility lacks a means to properly ware wash. Operation has not been provided with a properly installed Food Processing sink. All food shall be properly washed, prepared, and provided with a date of preparation at the supplier before being delivered to this location. Operation is only provided with one sink. This sink shall only be used for hand washing. |
