3717-1-05.1(O)(1) / Using a handwashing sink - accessible at all times
Critical Observed the handwashing sink not easily accessible at the time of inspection. Multiple objects were being stored in front of the hand sink.
To ensure frequent and proper handwashing, a handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. Discontiue having the hand sink inaccessible.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Repeat Observed the physical facilities that are not being maintained in good repair. The bathroom exhaust fan was inoperable at the time of inspection.
To prevent health hazards, the physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. Repair bathroom fan.
3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Corrected During Inspection Observed unnecessary items on the premises at the time of inspection. Equipment unrelated to the food establishment was being assembled in the facility.
The premises shall be free of Items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the RFE such as equipment that is nonfunctional. Discontinue having unnecessary items on the premises. The owner removed equipment from the facility.
