Critical Corrected During Inspection Rear handwashing sink not accessible due to storage of a ladder, speaker, and bucket. The PIC immediately removed the items once the violation was identified.

Critical Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked (meatballs, sausage, steak, and ham). Education was provided to the PIC about proper date marking procedures.

3717-1-07(B) / Poisonous or toxic materials: Working containers - common name.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Working containers of poisonous or toxic materials not properly labeled. Chemical spray bottles were immediately labeled once the violation was identified.

3717-1-04.1(Y) / Temperature measuring devices.
Cold holding equipment thermometer was located incorrectly in the main preparation unit. Correct placement is in the warmest portion of the unit (upper section).

Equipment and utensils are not being air dried. Ware washed food storage containers were stacked together wet without proper air drying.

Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean (pizza oven, cold holding equipment, and storage shelves).
