[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-02.2(G) / Jewelry - prohibition.
Food employees wearing jewelry on arms or hands during food preparation.

3717-1-03.2(K) / In-use utensils - between-use storage.
Corrected During Inspection In-use utensils improperly stored. The dipper well near the serving window did not have enough water to flush the debris down the drain. PIC turned the water walve to allow more water to flow from the fixture.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Shelving above the three compartment sin, air drying rack, and the hand sink were not maintained clean. Shelving appeared to be in poor cndition and shall be replaced if unable to clean.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Cracked floor tiles throughout the facility, specifically near back door and prep refrigeration unit. Flooring is no longer smooth and easily cleanable.
