[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Corrected During Inspection Observed non-food contact surfaces of the microwave dirty at the time of inspection.
To prevent contamination, nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept clean. The PIC cleaned the microwave at the time of inspection. The microwave shall be maintained clean.
3717-1-05.4(O) / Using drain plugs.
Observed the outside waste receptacle drain that did not have a plug at the time of inspection.
To prevent health hazards, drains in receptacles and waste handling units for refuse, recyclables, or returnables shall have drain plugs in place. Contact waste hauler and have them provide drain plug for the recptacle.

Opened milk is considered a TCS food and shall be properly date marked if being held for more than 24 hours.
Per discussion with owner, a 3-compartment sink may be installed in the near future.
The installation of sinks may require a facility review by this department and potential plumbing permits.
A level 2 ODH certification in food safety training is required to be obtained for one operator of the facility by March 1, 2017.
