| Complaint on 06-Nov-2014 : Regarding complaint: At time of inspection, there was no indication of an issue in the frozen food section. The PIC stated that the RFE has experienced issues with the drain near the frozen food section recently. It has a strong sewage odor at times. The RFE has hired a contractor recently to snake the drain in hopes of solving the odor problem. The PIC stated that the drain has not backed-up since the RFE opened. The RFE will continue to work with the contractor until the drain problem has been resolved. Complaint Closed. |
