| Complaint on 03-May-2023 : An inspection was conducted in response to a recent customer complaint. The customer states that the FSO was allowing dogs in the dining room improperly. At time of inspection, proper rules were discussed about dogs in the FSO. The PIC was knowledgeable about the proper rules. The PIC will remind the staff about proper rules regarding dogs in the FSO. |
