Employees that handle food shall be included in the operation's sick policy. Any surfaces that are found to be showing signs of rust shall be repaired or replaced. Sanitizer test kits shall be available to monitor the concentration of the sanitizers. Ensure surfaces are being cleaned prior to sanitizing. The violations documented shall be corrected and will be checked during next standard inspection. |
