| Complaint on 13-Aug-2020 : An inspection was conducted in response to a recent customer complaint. Per complainant: The customer was concerned about the meal they ate which included Egg’s Benedict, homefries, and bacon. The food may have caused nausea and diarrhea. Complaint findings: No violations documented regarding the complaint at the time of inspection. Observed no ill food employees working or any recent reports of employees having symptoms, illnesses, or exposures that are required to be reported to the person-in-charge. Observed and discussed Egg benedict meal and process (source, storage, preparation, cooking, serving, etc.) with the PIC and was found to be in compliance. No other reports have been made to the health department or FSO at this time. Complaint will be closed if no further reports are received. |
