Critical Corrected During Inspection Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. Cleaning materials were stored in the hand washing sink in the second floor server area. The PIC was able to remove the items at time of inspection.

3717-1-03.2(D) / Food storage containers - identified with common name of food.
Working food containers not properly labeled (oils, spices, etc.).

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean (cold holding equipment, storage racks and shelving).

Proper COVID19 protocols were discussed with the PIC (cleaning, masks, social distancing, hand washing, employee screening, etc.). The employee seating arrangements were reviewed to ensure compliance with social distancing requirements.
