| Complaint on 03-Feb-2022 : A recent complaint was received from iwaspoisoned.com. Per complainant: Report date: February 01, 2022, 03:33:56 PM . Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting. Last night, I think that it was a pre made salad I got from there Just me, I ate the salad last night around 10 then woke up around 5 am throwing up and have been consistently throwing up all day Complaint findings: Observed no temperature issues with the pre-made salads in the refrigeration units near the deli. Observed no date marking issues. Discussed food sources, employee health, employee hygiene, and good food safety practices with the person-in-charge at the time of inspection. No reports from the FSO have been received at this time. The complaint is now considered closed. |
