Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed ice build-up in the walk-in freezer.

3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Observed multiple handles and interiors for equipment (cabinets, coolers, etc.) with an accumulation of food residue or debris.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Flooring on the cook line specifically between equipment not maintained clean. Observed grout near the ice bin at the specialty drink area starting to deteriorate and may be difficult to clean.
