| Complaint on 24-Aug-2020 : An inspection was conducted in response to a recent customer complaint. The customer states that pharmacy personnel are not wearing masks properly. At time of inspection, multiple members of the staff working in the pharmacy were not wearing masks properly. The staff corrected the issue once it was identified. Education was provided to the manager about proper COVID protocls (masks, signs, social distancing, cleaning, hand washing, etc.). |
