| Complaint on 14-Jan-2014 : Inspection found no evidence of cockroaches anywhere in the facility at the time of inspection. PIC stated that no employees have reported seeing any cockraoches in the facility. A certified pest control company manages pest control form the facility on a regular monthly basis, and has reported no cockroach activity. Only two managers in the facility are responsible for preparing chicken salad, and neither has seen any evidence of cockroaches. Tyson chicken arrives at the facility pre-diced from Hillcrest Lettuce and celery come from Hillcrest as well. Dressing comes from US Foods. Food received at the facility is inspected upon receiving, and no abnormalties in received foods have been noted recently. |
