| The FSO was currently not operating at the time of inspection. The FSO is in process of renovating and has an ongoing list from the facility review inspection. Discussed operation plans with the PIC regarding COVID-19. Contact the health department prior to reopening the food service area. PIC stated they are looking to finalizing the renovation and hope to be open in the next couple of months. No violations were documented at the time of inspection. Continue to work on the facility review items. |
