Repeat Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed ice build-up in the walk-in freezer and on the condensation line.

Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed towels soaking up excessive condensation around the top sections of the deli prep refrigeration units.

Floor and wall junctures not properly coved or closed. Observed damaged covebase under the hand sink in the warewashing area. Observed damaged covebase at the start of the deli ordering (blue tape).

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Observed damaged drywall behind the 3 compartment sink where the old chemical supply equipment and signage was provided. Repair walls to be smooth durable and easily cleanable.
