| Complaint on 11-Oct-2022 : An inspection was conducted in response to a recent customer complaint. The customer believes that a recent meal consumed at Bricco caused an illness. At time of inspection, the PIC was knowledgeable about the proper employee sick policy. There have not been any recent employee illnesses, per the PIC. There have not been any reports of customer illnesses, per the PIC. |
