| Complaint on 03-Jun-2021 : An inspection was conducted in regards to a complaint. Per complainant: The RFE is not cold holding produce, produce is in very poor condition and should not be allowed to offer foods in this state to customers. There is one scale at the produce section that is very dirty and not being cleaned. Its a drugstore that is now a Produce Warehouse. Someone needs to check this out and put an end to this before someone gets really ill. Complaint findings: Observed raw and bulk produce and are not considered TCS (time controlled for safety) products, no refrigeration required. Observed some areas in need of cleaning and PIC stated they will clean the areas asap. Complaint is now considered closed. |
