[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-03.4(G) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - date marking.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods (caramel apples) held refrigerated for more than 24 hours were not properly date marked.
Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS food held refrigerated for more than 24 hours shall be clearly marked at the time of preparation or the time the original container is opened to indicate the date or day to be consumed, sold, or discarded as required in this rule. An employee discarded the caramel apples at the time of inspection.
3717-1-07.1(A) / Storage: separation.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed improper storage of poisonous or toxic materials. Observed cans of spray enamel and a can of household pesticide in storage above drink boxes at the time of inspection.
Poisonous or toxic materials shall be stored so they cannot contaminate food, equipment, utensils, linens, or single-service or single-use articles .These cans were moved to a separate maintenance closet at the time of inspection.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are dirty. Observed food residue accumulated on the interior surfaces of the microwave.
Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept clean. Clean the interior surfaces of the microwave, and provide regular cleaning that maintains all equipment clean to sight and touch.
3717-1-06.1(I) / Light bulbs - protective shielding.
Observed light bulbs or heat lamp that were not properly shielded or coated where required. Observed broken light shields over food preparation table at the time of inspection.
Light bulbs shall be shielded, coated, or otherwise shatter-resistant in areas where there is exposed food, clean equipment, utensils, or linens, or unwrapped single-service or single-use articles and does not apply in areas used only for storing food in unopened packages. An infrared or other heat lamp shall be protected against breakage by a shield surrounding and extending beyond the bulb so that only the face of the bulb is exposed. To protect food from contamination should a light bulb break, replace all broken light shields in the kitchen.
3717-1-07.1(P) / Personal care items - storage.
Corrected During Inspection Observed personal care items (bottle of acetaminophen stored in food cabinet) that were not stored in a designated employee storage area.
Employees shall store their personal care items in facilities as specified under (K)(2) of rule 3717-1-6.2 of this code. Bottle of acetaminophen was moved to a designated employee area at the time of inspection.
