Repeat Observed outdoor refuse storage surface was not properly constructed, and sloped to drain at the time of inspection.
For easy cleanability and to reduce conditions that may attract pests, an outdoor storage surface for refuse, recyclables, or returnables shall be constructed of nonabsorbent material and shall be smooth, durable, and sloped to drain.
3717-1-06.2(E) / Handwashing signage.
Observed no handwashing sign posted at handwashing sink used by employees in the men's restroom at the time of inspection.
A sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands shall be provided at all handwashing sinks used by food employees.
