3717-1-03.4(F)(1) / Time/temperature controlled for safety food - hot and cold holding.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed TCS food (milk in the household refrigerator) was not being held at the proper temperature at the time of inspection.
To prevent the growth of pathogens, except during preparation, cooking, or cooling, or when time is used as a public health control, refrigerated TCS food shall be held at 41°F or less. The person-in-charge discarded the milk.

3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Repeat Observed equipment (household refrigerator) at the time of inspection that was not approved by a recognized testing agency.
To prevent foodborne illness, food equipment that is acceptable for use in a FSO shall be approved by a recognized food equipment testing agency. Remove this unapproved equipment or replace it with a refrigerator that has been approved by a recognized testing agency.
3717-1-04.4(A)(1) / Equipment - good repair and proper adjustment.
Repeat Observed equipment (warewashing machine) was not maintained in good working order at the time of inspection.
Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under rules 3717-1-04 and 3717-1-04.1 of this code. Repair or remove this equipment.
