The physical facilities are not being maintained in good repair. Observed coved base molding in dry storage room was peeled from wall and floor. Dirt and food debris can collect in the spaces between wall and floor junctures.
The physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair Clean debris from this space and repair molding.
