| Ensure all employees that handle food are included in the operation's sick policy. Any surfaces that are found to be showing signs of rust shall be repaired or replaced. Sinks shall be used for there intended use, specifically the hand washing and three compartment sink. Mop water shall be dumped into the mop sink and ensure the food prep sink is being cleaned and sanitized prior to use. Ensure employee restroom contains a trash can with a lid. Single use cups shall not be reused as a scoop. The violations documented are to be corrected and will be checked during next standard inspection. |
