Critical Repeat Improper backflow prevention device installed on a water supply system (ice machine). The PIC stated that a contractor would be hired to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Repeat Raw fruit washed improperly due to the lack of a designated food preparation sink. The staff currently uses a strainer to wash fruit in the 3-compartment sink.

Equipment and utensils are not being air dried. Beverage cups were stacked together wet without proper air drying.
