| Consultation was conducted in request by management. Discussed the operations plans to possibly relocate the licensed kitchen to the room next to the gym. Informed person in charge, before renovations can begin a facility review application must be submitted and approved by this department. Per discussion with PIC, building and fire department are aware of plans and will need to have there approval prior to relocating. |
