Complaint on 15-Apr-2014 : Regarding complaint: The PIC, Fire Department, and Health Department all met at the location of the kitchen fire to discuss the details of the event. On 4/14/14, a small fire was extinguished by kitchen staff as the result of operator error on the deep fryer. The Fire Department has given approval to re-open for business. All surfaces in the kitchen have been properly cleaned and sanitized. Okay to operate. Complaint closed. |
