[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-05.1(O)(2) / Using a handwashing sink - other uses prohibited.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed lots of debris in the sink causing the sink to be very slow draining. Per discussion with employee and observed sink that handwashing sink is being used for other purposes than handwashing. Discussed proper usage with PIC.

3717-1-03.2(K) / In-use utensils - between-use storage.
In-use utensils improperly stored. In-use utensils improperly stored. Observed utensils being stored in dirty water. Utensils that are going to be stored in water shall have a temperature above 135 degrees F.

3717-1-04.8(E)(3) / Single-service articles and single-use articles - storage.
Single-service and single-use articles not protected from contamination. Observed multiple boxes of items throughout the storage room stored directly on the floor.

3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. Observed non-commercial ice bin (small blue cooler) being used to hold ice on the prep table, strainer (brown) above three-compartment sink, refrigerator/freezer unit beside prep refrigeration unit, chest freezer, etc.

3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Unnecessary or nonfunctional items on premises. Observed multiple equipment that is no longer used that shall be removed. Observed personal belongings stored throughout the facility, items shall be kept in a designated location away from the operation's products.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Observed damaged and stained ceiling tiles in the bathroom, mechanical closet, both storage rooms and the dining area.

Comments
Flooring that is no longer easily cleanable shall be repaired/replced.
Handwashing shall occur at the designated handwashing sink, ensure three-compartment sink is not being used.
Ensure pitchers and shakers are being warewashed (washed,rinsed,sanitized,air dried) at least every 4 hours when in use.
Continue to organize and clean the hard to reach areas in the facility.

The violations documented are to be corrected and will be checked during next standard inspection.
