Four fecal samples taken regarding recent illness that affected some residents in the facility confirmed to be positive for norovirus. PIC stated there are no known residents still exhibiting symptoms.and that all dining room food equipment was removed, properly warewashed, and sanitized. Single service items in the dining room were discarded. Food items such as jelly packages, salt, pepper, etc was discarded. Dining room has been reopened. Operation continues to sanitize all surfaces in the dining room.after every meal. Continue to sanitize these surfaces for at least one week after all residents no longer show any symptoms of gastrointestinal illness. Allow at least 30 seconds of contact time for sanitizer.
