Complaint on 01-Sep-2020 :
An inspection was conducted in regards to a complaint.

Per complainant: Not being properly sanitized due to COVID requirements, seats and theaters are not being cleaned between showtimes and they barely made any cleaning changes to better protect there staff and customers. There are procedures that are being told to be done for COVID but the manager has yet to enforce them to being properly followed and has been told multiple times of this issue and refuses to respond or step up to enforce the rules. Please look into this as I'm an employees parent and would appreciate if the manager would start doing what's right for all.

Complaint findings: No violations documented. Observed employee cleaning and disinfecting high touch surfaces during the inspection. Discussed complaint with the Person-in-charge and discussed cleaning procedures. The operation was in compliance with the current director's orders. The manager stated they were unaware of the concern but ensured that it will be addressed with the employees.

The complaint is now considered closed.
