Critical Corrected During Inspection Food not properly protected from contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation. Raw sausage was stored over RTE foods in preparation cold holding unit. Education was provided and the PIC was able to move the items once the violation was identified.

Repeat Food not protected from environmental sources of contamination during preparation. The food preparation area is exposed to potential customer contamination because the sneeze guard is not adequate.

Floors throughout kitchen are not clean in hard to reach areas under equipment.
