Critical Repeat Observed a direct connection (air break) between the sewage system and a drain originating from equipment (rinse feature on top of keg system) in which food, portable equipment, or utensils are placed at the time of inspection.
To prevent health hazards, a direct connection may not exist between the sewage system and a drain originating from equipment in which food, portable equipment, or utensils are placed. Provide an air gap for the drainage line to meet the requirements of this rule.

| Utility service lines may not be installed on the floor, and shall be installed so they do not obstruct or prevent cleaning of the floors, walls, or ceilings. As discussed the employee health reporting policy shall be in written form and available for review. The FSO's clean-up procedure shall be available for reference to all employees during operation. The violations documented on this report will be checked during next standard inspection. |
