Comments
In order for the Health Department to approve the RFE to re open after the renovations, the following must be completed:
1) Seal the floor and wall junctures of the vestibule to the walk-in cold holding unit.
2) Provide a outside paved or concrete surface for refuse storage. This can wait until a later date. Please provide documentation when that work will be completed.
3) Provide kitchen grade ceiling tiles in the Food Preparation room. Current ceiling tiles are not approved. This can wait until a later date. Please provide documentation when that work will be completed.
4) Provide soap, paper towels in dispenser, and hand washing sign at the hand washing sink in the food preparation room.
5) Caulk the right side of the 3 compartment sink to be smooth and easily cleanable.
6) Caulk along all of the floor and door frame and door ways junctures to be smooth and properly sealed.
7) Re caulk along the base of the mop sink.
8) Provide a proper air gap on the AC condensation drainage line and hot water tank pressure relief drainage line.
9) Provide a final Building and Fire approval or a Certificate of Occupancy once provided.
