Comments
This inspection was conducted in response to the Facility Review application for renovations to the existing facilities.
In order for Facility Review to be approved, the following must be completed:
1) Provide plans that indicate location of the ice machine in the facility.
2) Provide plans that show the location of the mop sink. Provide documentation that there is an agreement with sharing parties that this RFE will have access to the mop/service sink at all times.

In order for alterations to be approved, the following must be completed:
1) Complete the install of the wooden counters and cabinets by providing a smooth and easily cleanable surface. Caulk all the floor and wall junctures to have a coved finish. Caulk in all cracks a voids in the wood counter tops, back splash around the 3 compartment sink, back splash and wall junctures, all corners of cabinets to be sealed and coved, counter and wall junctures of grinder station, all plumbing and wall junctures and any other location as directed at inspection.
2) Provide a smooth, durable and easily cleanable surface behind the grinder station.
3) Provide proper back flow prevention devices on all equipment with direct water connections to the water supply (ASSE 1022).
4) Provide the Make and Model number for the Edgestar Kegerator. This equipment shall be approved by a testing agency NSF or equivalent. System shall be designed to drain to sewer. Cold holding shall be made moveable for easily cleaning.
5) Dunnage racks shall be installed to be 6 inches above the floor.
