Prohibit dogs from entering the kitchen. To prevent illness, live animals may not be allowed on the premises of an FSO or RFE except for those described in this rule.

Repeat Equipment is not approved by a recognized testing agency. Observed non-commercial coolers storing TCS foods at time of inspection.
To promote proper cleaning, food equipment that is acceptable for use in a FSO or RFE shall be approved by a recognized food equipment testing agency.
