[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-03.4(G) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - date marking.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked. Observed container of hummus in the refrigeration unit in the toddler room without a date mark. Observed milk without date and other milk products were not clearly date marked. PIC removed the hummus and will discuss date marking with employees.

3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Observed cold holdingrefrigeration/freezer, range/stove and other small equipment (household use only, toaster,blender, griddle, etc.) that were not approved by a recognized testing agency present in the kitchen at the time of inspection.
