Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed the 3-compartment sink with a quaternary ammonium sanitizing solution that did not meet the minimum requirements for concentration at time of inspection.
To prevent pathogen growth, a quaternary ammonium sanitizing solution shall:Ê(a) Have a minimum temperature of 75F,(b) Have a concentration as specified and as indicated by the manufacturer's use directions included in the labeling, (c) Be used only in water with 500 ppm (mg/l) hardness or less, or used in water having a hardness no greater than specified by the manufacturer's label.
3717-1-06.2(B) / Handwashing cleanser - availability.
Corrected During Inspection Observed no supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder or bar soap at the handwashing sink at time of inspection.
To ensure proper cleaning of hands, each handwashing sink or group of two adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap.

Observed unnecessary items throughout the basement and storage areas at time of inspection.
To promote proper cleaning, organize the basement and storage areas and remove unnecessary items. The premises shall be free of Items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the FSO or RFE.
