[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-03.4(H)(1) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - disposition.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Ready-to-eat, TCS food not properly discarded when required. Observed unmarked container of milk in the reach-in refrigeration unit. PIC voluntarily discard the milk.

3717-1-07(B) / Poisonous or toxic materials: Working containers - common name.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Working containers of poisonous or toxic materials not properly labeled. Observed unmarked spray bottles under the three-compartment sink. Observed unneccesarry chemicals under the handsink (paint, antifreaze, car wax, etc.). PIC stated these will be removed and labeled the bottles.

3717-1-03.2(K) / In-use utensils - between-use storage.
In-use utensils improperly stored. Observed spoon for tapioca being stored in room temperature water.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Repeat Facility not maintained clean. Observed the floor in the service and preparation area with accumulation of debris, food debris and dirt along the perimeter and under equipment. Items shall be stored 6 inches off the floor to allow for easy cleaning.
