3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Observed an accumulation of food residue and debris on the following non-food contact surface: 1) warming equipment above prep lines. 2) interior cold holding units (bottom shelves). 3) gaskets on the freezer units near the fryers 4) ketchup/mustard dispensor above prep sink. 5) ice scoops and holding container. - Corrected 6) Syrup build up on the freeze drink dispensing equipment at the drive thru.

The person-in-charge demonstrated excellent knowledge regarding food safety for the operation.
Discontinue storing trash near the bag door, trash shall be stored in a container with a tight fitting lid.
The violation documented shall be corrected and will be checked during the next standard inspection.
