Complaint on 24-Jun-2016 : The operation is operating safely and showed no evidence of improper food safety. Observed the measured temperature of mac and cheese and the fruit to be acceptable at the time of inspection. The specific food is received from an approved source and is washed accordingly. Color coded cutting boards are used to prevent cross contamination. Observed proper handwashing and gloves are being worn for ready to eat foods. |
