| Complaint on 19-Oct-2020 : Inspection was conducted in regards to a complaint. Per complainant: No masks on woman at counter. She was smoking a cigarette outside then walked straight in to the counter, no washing hands, no mask. Complaint findings: Observed no mask being worn at the front counter. The FSO has supplied employees with masks. Handwashing stations were properly supplied at the time of inspection. Smoke may not infiltrate the building or becomes out of compliance for Ohio Smoke Free workplace. Per discussion with PIC, there are multiple employees with medical exemptions that prevent them from wearing a mask. The complaint is now considered closed. |
