3717-1-04.5(A)(1) / Cleanliness of equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed equipment ice scooping utensil located at the bar to be dirty at time of inspection.
To prevent contamination, equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. Clean all ice scoops every 24 hours to prevent contamination to ice.
3717-1-05.1(O)(2) / Using a handwashing sink - other uses prohibited.
Critical Handwashing sink located at the bar was being used for purposes other than handwashing.
A handwashing sink may not be used for purposes other than handwashing.

3717-1-06.2(E) / Handwashing signage.
Observed no handwashing signs posted at handwashing sinks used by employees at time of inspection.
A sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands shall be provided at all handwashing sinks used by food employees.
3717-1-06.4(J) / Using dressing rooms and lockers.
Designated location or lockers are not being properly used by employees to store personal items.
Lockers or other suitable facilities shall be used for the orderly storage of employee clothing and other possessions to prevent possible contamination to the foods and utensils.
