Observed an accumulation of food residue and other debris on the following nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment: 1) Shelving in walk-in refrigeration. 2) Walls under the condensor and behind the shelving unit in the walk-in refigeration unit. 3) Gaskets and handles for multiple freezer and refrigeration units.

Discussed COVID-19 protocols (face coverings, social distancing, cleaning and disinfecting, sick policy, etc.). Personal belongings shall be kept in designated locations away from the operations products. Ensure the containers catching the fully cooked burgers are being warewashed every 4 hours. Foods stored in the walk-ins or equipment shall be be stored properly and shall not be stored uncovered. This facility has a limitation on its license: Operation has not been provided with a properly installed Food Processing sink. All food shall be properly washed, prepared, and provided with a date of preparation at the supplier before being delivered to this location. The violations documented shall be corrected and will be checked during next standard inspection. |
