| In order for approval to operate the altered facilities from the Kent Health Department, the following must be completed: 1) Provide proper hand washing signage at all hand washing sinks 2) All doors to the rest room shall be self closing and latching 3) Caulk around all wall and counter top junctures at the customer self service beverage area 4) Caulk along the front counter and slushy machine cove 5) Provide a proper air gap on the ice machine and ice bin drainage line 6) Provided a proper back flow prevent device on the Pepsi beverage dispensing equipment in the dining room and the slushy machine 7) Provide final approval documentation from Kent Building and Fire Departments. If occupancy has changed, provided a copy of the new Certificate of Occupancy This is not a final list and is continuant or subject to change upon final inspection. |
