3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Repeat Observed equipment (blender, microwave, 2 refrigerators, crock-pot, handheld mixer, 2 roasters) at the time of inspection that was not approved by a recognized testing agency.
To prevent health hazards, food equipment that is acceptable for use in a FSO shall be approved by a recognized food equipment testing agency. Unapproved equipment shall be removed or replaced with approved equipment.

Employee food shall be separate from the operation's food items. Recommend designating a shelf for employees only.

Per discussion with PIC, the FSO is only serving pre packaged snacks.
Observed no risk level 3 activities at the time of inspection.
If facility would like to drop risk category for next licensing year, the licensee will need to provide a letter requesting a drop in Risk Classification level from a 3 to a 2. Indicate that there will be no risk level 3 activities that will occur and state the food items that will be served.
