[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-04.1(Y) / Temperature measuring devices.
Observed cold holding equipment (service line cooler) that did not contain a thermometer at the time of inspection.
To ensure equipment is functioning properly, a properly designed temperature measuring device as specified in this rule shall be located in the warmest part of a cooling unit. Provide a temperature measuring device for this unit.
3717-1-05.4(P) / Maintaining refuse areas and enclosures.
Observed an improperly cleaned storage area for refuse, recyclables, or returnables at the outside waste receptacles at the time of inspection. Multiple bags of refuse were found on the ground next to the dumpster.
To prevent health hazards, a storage area and enclosure for refuse, recyclables, or returnables shall be maintained clean and free of unnecessary items. The outside rufuse area shall be cleaned and maintained.
3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Corrected During Inspection Observed a build-up of dirt and debris in the following locations at the time of inspection: (1) On the floors underneath the food service line (2) On the floors underneath the drive-thru ice/soda machine.
To prevent contamination, the physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean, and cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of food is exposed. The following areas shall be cleaned and maintained.
