Complaint on 04-Sep-2020 :

An inspection was conducted in response to a recent anonymous COVID complaint. The person was concerned about improper masking and social distancing.

Proper COVID protocols were discussed with the PIC (masks, signs, social distancing, cleaning, hand washing, etc.).
At time of inspection, the dining room was properly social distanced. Customers were properly spaced from one another and tables were marked not to be used to achieve proper distancing.
Two kitchen employees were observed with improper mask usage at time of inspection. The PIC corrected the mask issue at time of inspection.
