[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-05.1(O)(2) / Using a handwashing sink - other uses prohibited.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed hand washing sink at the bar next to the warewashing machine being used as a dump sink. Strainer with debris was removed from the sink.

3717-1-03.2(D) / Food storage containers - identified with common name of food.
Corrected During Inspection Working food containers not properly labeled. Observed unmarked spray bottle of water for pretzels and unmarked containers of dressing and sauces in the cold holding units. PIC labeled food items.

3717-1-03.2(M) / Wiping cloths - use limitation.
Improper use and/or maintenance of wiping cloths. Observed soiled wiping clothes throughout the kitchen at the time of inspection. Ensure clothes are stored in sanitzer or cleaning containers between use or stored in the laundry basket after using.

3717-1-04.8(G)(3) / Kitchenware and tableware - furnishing single-service articles.
Repeat Single service articles intended for food or lip contact improperly dispensed. Observed beverage cups exposed and removed from its original packaging displayed next to the drink dispensing equipment near the front service counter.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Repeat Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed exterior of ice machine damaged and leaking water onto the floor. Observed damaged dessert display case. Observed damaged gaskets for both reach-in freezers and the 4-door reach-in cold holding unit.

3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Repeat Observed unapproved containers used for storing food (gladware, re-using sinlge-use containers) and equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency (microwave, toaster, blender, griddle, etc.).

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed an accumulation of food residue and other debris on non-food contact surfaces of equipment (popcorn machine, cookie display case, interior bar coolers, scale by fryers, drink dispensing equipment and nozzles, utensil holders, exterior of nacho chip holding equipment, exterior of equipment on cook line, wood block prep table in front of fryers, etc.) throughout the facility.

3717-1-05.3(I) / Other liquid wastes and rainwater.
Repeat Improper disposal of condensation and other nonsewage liquids. Observed containers being used to collect water from the walk-in condensor unit, ice bin near the ice machine, and/or the 4-door cold holding unit, reach-in freezer, or main prep cold holding unit.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Observed floors under and around the cooking line, the ice machine, the bar area, dry storage areas, and all other hard-to-reach areas not maintained clean.
