3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Repeat Unnecessary or nonfunctional items and /or litter on premises. There is excessive amounts of loose litter near the dumpster. There are unnecessary items stored behind the building. There is old equipment stored in the building (deli slicer, cold holding equipment, sandwich conveyer, etc.).
